Perineal Support
Herbal sitz baths and perineal compresses
Our sitz baths incorporates salts and herbs such as calendula flower, plantain leaf, lavender, yarrow, and chamomile to promote healing and reduce inflammation.

Organic unbleached cotton pads are used for our padscicles. Witch hazel and aloe vera are prepped and frozen onto the individually wrapped postpartum pads, then delivered to you in a temperature controlled container. Padsicles are very helpful in the first 2-3 days postpartum to reduce inflammation, promote healing, and provide hemorrhoid relief.
